1.     Organize a reunion of Pedro Pan's entrepreneurial descendants.  Objective: Acquaint them with business opportunities in a free, democratic Cuba.

2.     Seek grant from the International Trade Agency to provide workshops for developing competitiveness among present Cuban American Entrepreneurs that are presently USA based but can envision branching into a future Cuban market.

3.     Conceptualize a plan to implement best practices for production, processing, and distribution in the agricultural sector.

4.     Develop training courses on Labor History of USA and the Republic of Cuba before 1959. Objective:  Utilize educational institutions in a free Cuba to form a new private enterprise mentality for at large students in the island.

5.     Act as a facilitator for the various Cuban-American professional service organizations (physicians, engineers, bankers, accountants, etc.) and trade organizations (electricians, plumbers, contractors, etc.) existing in the USA to create cutting edge educational courses for their Cuban counterparts in the same fields. Objective: Encourage business-to-business associations and networking opportunities and impart Cuban entrepreneurs with modern, up-to-date techniques.

6.     Invite US institutions of higher learning in the fields of Research and Development (R&D) to assist Cubans in establishing R&D centers in a new Cuba. Assist in procuring grants and endowments for these new R&D centers. Make Cuba a patent mecca!

7.     Create a Commission for attracting talented Western immigrants to a new Cuba.

8.     Advocate for the reestablishment of the " Bolsa de Valores de Cuba "    (Cuban Stock Market).

9.     Create several well composed moral and civic courses for use in schools in Cuba. Conduct research to develop religious schools in Cuba.

10. Organize an annual "World Congress of Multinationals and Investors" in a free City of Havana, Cuba to attract and create joint ventures between the aforementioned and future Cuban National entrepreneurs.

11. Facilitate the creation of a Think Tank to develop new Cuban Institutions without a trace of Communist influences.

12. Promote the creation of a powerful documentary on the brutality and failure of Communism in Cuba to be shown in Cuba and US.

13. Create a public relations committee to disseminate the Chamber’s achievements and accomplishments.

14.  Establish an Advisory Board to inform the Chamber on  grants available to the Chamber (i.e. ITA, DCF, IMF, etc.) as well as for capital projects available for the reconstruction of Cuba.

15. Establish a committee to study and submit recommendations related to the unpaid confiscation of private property owned by US Nationals and Cuban Nationals under Castro's regime starting in 1959.

16. Establish a committee to declare and implement a " National Day of the Cuban Guayabera, the Cuban Hat, and the Cuban Cigar ". National festivities, public and private parties would commemorate the occasion, bringing tourists as well as public/private figures from nations of the world. Old Cuban emblematic traditions must be revived!

17.Create a databank of NYSE Companies. Objective: Classifying them by industry to ascertain interest in establishing operations in a Free Cuba.

18.Create a study which cites the countries with the best, most effective agencies to prevent corruption of government funds. Make recommendations on how to best implement such agency in a new Cuba.

19.Create a study on best methods to improve Cuba’s horizontal and vertical infrastructure while taking into account its economic and societal implications.
